You must be 18 or over to use TootyToot. Organisers choose which eligible adults to admit, but community approval does not waive the platform's age requirement.

Be honest
Do not misrepresent who you are, what you are offering or why you are asking for help.
Protect privacy
Do not share another person’s private information, messages or photographs without permission.
Keep it neighbourly
Do not use TootyToot for spam, repeated advertising, political campaigning or commercial transport services.
Keep lifts informal
Lifts must not be offered for profit. Drivers and passengers should follow the lift guidance.
Report problems
Report content or behaviour that may break these rules. Do not start a public argument about it.
